David Lisonbee
Chief Executive Officer
As co-founder and chief executive officer, David Lisonbee
continues to oversee 4Life's ongoing growth and success. David
brings more than two decades of experience in the fields of health
education and network marketing to his leadership of 4Life. He not
only founded 4Life, he has led the company to record growth in
recent years including the company's being named number 15 on Inc.
500's 2003 list of the fastest-growing privately held companies in
the U.S. Prior to founding 4Life, David was President of a network
marketing company, which he also led to repeated rankings on the
Inc. 500 list.
David received his MBA and his bachelor's
degree from Brigham Young University in Provo , Utah. He and his
wife, Bianca, his fellow co-founder of 4Life, have five children
and two grandchildren.
Bianca Lisonbee
Co-Founder
As co-founder, Bianca Lisonbee has contributed to
building 4Life into a highly successful company. Bianca has more
than 20 years of experience in the industry and co-developed the
4Life BioSignature® assessment, which helps
individuals assess their specific metabolic type in order to
target effective weight loss and identify and productively deal
with stress. Bianca has also written numerous articles for 4Life
and is a much-enjoyed speaker. She is an experienced teacher and
writer and stays active in leadership roles in the community.
Bianca holds a bachelor's degree from
Brigham Young University in Provo , Utah. She and David have five
children and two grandchildren.
Steve Tew, CPA
President
As president of 4Life, Steve Tew is instrumental in
4Life's growth and successful operations. Steve brings 23 years of
professional experience to his role at 4Life. He has served in the
roles of vice president and chief financial officer at various
leading companies including ShapeRite Concepts, Park City Group,
Mrs. Field's Cookies and Price Waterhouse Cooper.
Steve is a CPA and holds a bachelor's degree
in accounting from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah . Steve
and his wife, Sherma, have four children.
Bruce Redd
Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer
As executive vice president and chief administration
officer for 4Life, Bruce Redd has been a key member of the team
that built 4Life and that has turned the vision of the founders
into a reality. Prior to joining 4Life, Bruce had a long and
distinguished career as an entrepreneur, running his own
electronics, wholesale, repair and rental supply companies and as
a key member of corporate teams, holding roles as vice president
of sales and marketing, executive vice president and chief
administration officer. He has a longtime interest in network
marketing, having worked as both a distributor and within the home
offices of three major multilevel marketing companies. Before
joining 4Life, Bruce was director of marketing at another network
marketing company.
Bruce and his wife, Denise, have three
children.
William J. Hennen, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer
As chief scientific officer for 4Life, Dr. William (Bill) J.
Hennen oversees the development of all 4Life Products and their
innovative product ingredients. Bill brings 14 years of experience
as an academic researcher in and professor of drug design and
development as well as 15 years as a consultant and research
director in the nutritional supplement industry to 4Life, ensuring
that 4Life remains the foremost innovator in product development.
Bill has spoken internationally on nutrition and disease
prevention through dietary supplementation. He has extensive
experience in marketing, development, education and registration
and regulatory affairs both globally and domestically. And he has
authored over 30 patents and several books as well as
peer-reviewed papers in bio-organic, medicinal and nutritional
chemistry.
Bill received his Ph.D. in bio-organic
chemistry at Utah State University , Logan, Utah. Bill and his
wife, Roberta, have 11 children and 10 grandchildren.
Mark Ostler, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer for 4Life, Mark Ostler, is
instrumental in 4Life’s financial performance. Mark brings 17
years of professional experience to his role at 4Life and has
served in the roles of vice president, controller and staff at
leading companies including SBI Group Inc, Mrs. Fields and KPMG.
Mark holds a bachelor and masters degree in
accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a member of
both the AICPA and the UACPA. He and his wife, Debbie, have
four children.

Steve Apple
Vice President, International
As a vice president in the International Department, Steve Apple
will oversee Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand
and the Philippines. Steve Apple has contributed to
4Life’s expansive global growth and has been instrumental in
opening 4Life offices and delivery points worldwide. Steve brings
13 years of experience to 4Life's international operations. In his
career, he has overseen every key department at one time,
including finance, marketing, sales and international. He also
taught undergraduate and graduate level accounting and business
research for more than a decade. It is Steve's well-rounded grasp
of an entire organization, especially operations and distribution
that facilitates his oversight of 4Life's successful global
expansion. Before joining 4Life, Steve was most recently with
another network marketing company where he played a key part in
increasing sales from $1.2 to $400 million per year.
Steve holds an MBA with an emphasis in
finance along with a bachelor's degree in psychology with an
emphasis in statistics, both from the University of Utah in Salt
Lake City, Utah. Steve and his wife, Glenda, have five children
and two grandchildren.

Nolan Buttars, CPA
Vice President of Finance
As vice president of finance for 4Life, Nolan Buttars helps 4Life
offices around the globe ensure that their finances and budgets
are in order and that they're equipped to grow their markets.
Nolan brings 26 years of experience to his role at 4Life with 10
of those years dedicated to the network marketing industry. Before
joining 4Life, Nolan was acting CFO and controller at a network
marketing company. His professional experience includes roles as
CFO and controller at other companies and at a CPA firm. Nolan has
been directly involved in the global expansion of both 4Life and
his former companies. He was instrumental in growing a former
employer's business in Russia by $3 million. And he introduced an
open accounting software platform at 4Life that significantly
streamlined operations.
Nolan is a certified public accountant and
earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young
University in Provo, Utah. Nolan and his wife, Brenda, have five
children and one grandchild.
Deann Carter
Vice President of Accounting
As vice president of accounting for 4Life, Deann Carter
oversees 4Life's U.S. financial statements including accounts
receivable, accounts payable and sales taxes. Deann brings 15
years experience to 4Life. Prior to joining 4Life, Deann was the
controller at ShapeRite Concepts. She has also held positions at
KPMG, a public accounting firm.
Deann holds a bachelor's degree in business
administration from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Deann
and her husband, Russ, have three daughters.
Jeff Kalinin
Vice President, International
As a vice president in the International Department, Jeff Kalinin
has specific responsibility for the Europe, Mexico, Russia and
Latin America markets. Jeff has 18 years of experience in the
computer and application arena. Prior to joining 4Life, Jeff held
the roles as IT director, manager of data communications and
programmer analyst.
Jeff earned his bachelor's degree in
computer science at San Diego State University in San Diego,
California. Jeff and his wife, Toni, have two children.

Calvin McCausland, Ph.D
Vice President of Research & Development
As vice president of research & development, Cal McCausland
plays a key role in developing 4Life's innovative health
supplements and researching their effectiveness. Since 2002 alone,
he has overseen 10 human clinical trials for 4Life®
Transfer Factor? products. Cal has a long, distinguished career in
health sciences and brings more than 36 years of experience to his
work at 4Life. During his career he has developed over 500
supplements of which several billion dollars-worth have sold.
Several remain top-selling products. His work on how supplements
aid health while drugs interfere with it earned him the Pokrovsky
Award from the Russian Federation. The Russian Academy of Medical
and Technical Sciences honored him with the title of Academician.
And, his work on an idea that would have the most economic benefit
for the Russian people won him the Kosigin Award of the Russian
Federation. Along with Dr. Emma Oganova, he has been instrumental
in opening the market for 4Life Products in the Russian
Federation.
Cal holds his Ph.D. in organic chemistry and
a bachelor's in chemistry and physics from Brigham Young
University in Provo, Utah. He is also a retired lieutenant colonel
in the U.S. Air Force and a certified meteorologist. Cal and his
wife, Linda, have seven children and eight grandchildren.
Emma Oganova, M.D., Ph.D.
President of Eurasia
As president of Eurasia for 4Life, Dr. Oganova brings 19
years of experience in medicine and six years in administration to
her oversight of Eurasia for 4Life. Before joining 4Life, she was
president of science and education for a network marketing
company. Her career includes organizing and managing the nonprofit
that created a children's center in Armenia that provided medical
and psychological help for victims of the 1988 Armenian
earthquake. She also developed an educational system for Russian
physicians and distributors for food supplements and completed
more than 20 clinical studies on the effectiveness of food
supplements.
Emma has been honored with the Kosigin
(1998) and Pokrovsky (2000) awards from the Russian Federation and
was elected an Academician of the Russian Academy of Medical and
Technical Sciences. She holds degrees in internal medicine from
the Stavropol State Medical Institute and cardiology from the
Armenian State Medical Institute. Emma has one son.

Mark D. Petersen
Vice President of Field Development
As vice president of field development for 4Life, Mark Petersen
interfaces with 4Life Distributors throughout the world,
overseeing meetings and local and regional growth. Some of the 15
years of experience that Mark brings to 4Life include legal
experience, international development and field development. Mark
formerly served as vice president of international at both USANA
and FranklinQuest (now FranklinCovey). He was also instrumental in
building the international, purchasing and marketing departments
while at NuSkin. Prior to joining 4Life, Mark served as senior
vice president of international at ShapeRite Concepts. He has
built and managed organizations on four continents and done
extensive training and public speaking.
Mark holds a law degree from Brigham Young
University in Provo, Utah and a bachelor's in history and English
from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Mark and his wife,
Jenene, have five children.
Norman Taylor
Vice President of Operations
As vice president of operations for 4Life, Norman Taylor
oversees the everyday activities that keep 4Life running,
including product manufacturing and distribution, shipping,
warehousing and purchasing. Part of the 26 years of operations
experience that Norman brings to 4Life includes being the CEO for
a small sales and service company that serviced contract
manufacturing companies for natural products. His extensive
experience in distribution and manufacturing include serving as a
product director, director of fulfillment support, director of
production, director of logistics and assistant vice president of
purchasing at companies such as Tradimex Equipment and Supply,
Inc., Daw Technologies, Novell, WordPerfect and SoftCopy.
Norman and his wife, Debbie, have eight
children and one grandchild.
Trent
Tenney
Vice President of Marketing
As vice president of marketing for 4Life, Trent Tenney oversees
branding, marketing materials and numerous other marketing
functions for 4Life's domestic and global marketing efforts.
Before bringing more than a decade of sales and marketing
experience to 4Life, Trent served as president and publisher as
well as a vice president of marketing in the alternative health
and nutrition publishing industry. In prior positions, Trent
oversaw the publication of more than 200 alternative and
preventative health publications at Woodland Publishing and
successfully developed niche markets for health and direct sales
publishing. He also worked in sales and marketing at Zions First
National Bank and Bank of America.
Trent holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham
Young University in Provo, Utah. He and his wife, Kelly, have four
children.
