What are Transfer Factors? Transfer Factors are small molecules that intelligently regulate immune system activities such as recognition, response and memory of foreign invaders. Too much gloom and doom. As you have heard, there is no cure for the H1n1 H5 H5n1 bird flu or swine flew, except the health of your own immune system. The FDA approved the flu shots without putting them through the needed testing and approval process. You have no legal right to sue for damages from the flu shot. Of course, that does not prevent you from filing the law suit if you were damaged as such wavers and laws may be unconstitutional.
